FOOD TRAIL UPDATE
Friday 10 July will be the final day of the Entwine Food Trail.
After a serious security incident at one of our offsite winery locations, we have made the decision to bring all of our food trucks together permanently at Calais Estate.
From Saturday 11 July, Entwine Food Hub becomes our main home, during the day and night, with all food trucks in one place. That means more food, more atmosphere, warm indoor seating in The Barrel Room, fire pits, live music and everything together in one beautiful Hunter Valley location.
New Food Hub hours:
Friday & Saturday: 10:30am to 3:00pm and 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am to 3:00pm

Our winter acoustic soundtrack is officially locked in. Settle by the roaring fire pits or inside our heated historic Barrel Room to catch the region's best local artists performing live each weekend.

July 24 & 25 Feature: Special festive music lineups running all evening for our Christmas in July celebration.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY AT ENTWINE
A cozy winter evening in the vines
Rug up and join us for a festive winter night at Entwine. The fire pits will be roaring, gas heaters will be placed around the space, and our heated historic Barrel Room will be open for extra comfort.
Enjoy live acoustic music, market stalls, festive food truck specials, mulled wine, loaded hot chocolates and plenty of winter atmosphere.
There will be kids activities, bubble play for the little ones, a Christmas photo corner and an Ugly Jumper Contest with prizes for the best or worst Christmas sweater.
Family-friendly, dog-friendly and free entry.

HALLOWEEN AT ENTWINE
A spooky evening in the vines
Join us on Saturday 31 October from 5:30pm for a Halloween night at Entwine Food Hub, with twilight atmosphere, themed treats, live music and plenty of fun for the whole family.
Enjoy local acoustic music and limited-edition Halloween specials from our chef-led food trucks and dessert trailer.
Bring the little ones along for Halloween-themed lawn games, activities and family-friendly fun around the Food Hub, and come dressed in your favourite Halloween costume for your chance to win prizes.

KIDS CORNER & FAMILY ACTIVITIES
A relaxed family day in the vineyard.
While you enjoy a glass of wine or local craft beer, the kids have a dedicated space to play and stay entertained right on the lawn.
Current Activities: Bubbles, a selection of kids' books, and lawn games.
Expanding Soon: We are currently planning the addition of a custom cubby house and an interactive play kitchen.
Our spacious layout makes it easy to keep an eye on the little ones while you unwind.
DOGS OF ENTWINE
Four-legged family members are always welcome.
We are a fully dog-friendly venue with plenty of open vineyard space for your pups to relax right by your side while you enjoy the Food Hub.
Where to Hang Out: On-leash dogs are warmly welcomed throughout our outdoor wine garden and around the fire pits.
Join the Pack: We love meeting your pets. Snap a photo of yor dog during your visit, tag @entwinehuntervalley, and they might just feature on our social media pages.
Fresh water bowls are always available around the venue to keep your furry companions comfortable.

Now for something completely different which turned out to be a really special evening adventure. Entwine is a group of food trucks organised by Joe and Tatiana at the Calais Winery on Palmers Lane, Pokolbin, on Friday and Saturday evenings. They have chairs and tables on which to sit and relax and enjoy some delicious, freshly cooked food. When you arrive, you see the flames of the fire pit creating a welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the live music provided by singer/songwriter Sammie. At $20 a main meal for a bowl overflowing with hot, delicious food, it was excellent value for money. With a good variety of dishes on offer, we enjoyed salt and pepper squid, cheese and brisket pie with cheesecake for desert. There was also a bar selling wine, beer and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic Sangria which was simply superb. For something different and something special, the Entwine experience is highly recommended!
