FOOD TRAIL
The Food Trail is designed for movement, not long restaurants sittings. Enjoy chef-led elevated street food and wine in relaxed stops along the way at Calais Estate, First Creek Wines, De Bortoli Wines, and Allandale Winery.
Explore at your own pace or book a tour and pair the wine tasting with food, making it an easy, flexible way to experience more of the Hunter Valley.
FOOD HUB
Entwine's food hub gets together in one place for an easy-going evening of elevated street food, stalls, wine, and live music.
Held at Calais Estate on Friday and Saturday nights, it offers a relaxed alternative to traditional dining — wander between food trucks, stalls, enjoy a drink, and settle in for the evening as the sun goes down.
With the barrel room open and air-conditioned, the food hub is designed to be enjoyed comfortably in any weather, making it a perfect night out year-round.
