Meet Dennis Moore, the chef behind Fiano.
Dennis brings bold Italian-inspired flavours to the Entwine Food Hub, with rich, generous dishes made for sharing, grazing and enjoying with wine.
Think handmade pastas, loaded arancini, flatbreads and churros, all served with Fiano’s comforting, full-flavoured style.
CRANKY FRANKIES
Meet Adam Frey, the chef behind Cranky Frankies.
Bringing bold Asian-inspired flavours to the Entwine Food Hub, Adam serves punchy, creative dishes full of texture, comfort and big flavour.
